Ciate London Trend Edit Eyeshadow Palette: Makeup Review

Eye shadow palettes have captured the attention of the cosmetic world. They are completely everywhere, and in my case, they are overflowing from my cupboards. Actually, I don't use eye makeup palettes often because I'm constantly at home and don't know how to apply them, but since I subscribe to a box and several palettes are included in it, there's no harm in giving it a shot.

I got this palette from one of my beauty subscription boxes, but I wasn't sure how to use it at first. This was a palette I had never had before because I don't usually use them in my makeup regimen. It was also my first as I don't own any Ciate London products. However, I've heard great things about it and am eager to test it even if I don't currently use any products of this kind. Before applying it, I watched several instructions on how to use it so that I could test it correctly.

I was quite pleased with what I observed when I first opened it since the tones are just what I want. I was quite eager to use it because I like earthy hues as well as deep tints, nudes, and shimmers. When I initially tried the darker tones, I noticed that the color was too intense to be used in natural light. Because it has a highly powerful aura that is inappropriate to be viewed during the day, it should be worn during nighttime parties. I don't think I'll be able to wear it since I love to show out my chinky eyes, which I believe this hue will not do.

The nude was a feature of the hue that I particularly loved. I genuinely thought it made my eyes look smaller and gave me a more refined, gentler appearance. It applied easily and blended in superbly. It was a pretty wonderful base because it nearly perfectly matched the tone of my skin. It has a straightforward appearance or acts as an accent for the gorgeous shimmers in this palette.

I was happy with this palette since the shadows held their place for the entire day for me.  The collection is good, even if the color scheme is primarily neutral with a few pinkish undertones—my type of cozy comfort.  It is compact enough to fit nicely into a handbag, making a trip to the the washroom to amp up the color is easy to do. It can easily transition from an everyday appearance to a more night out one. I appreciate how the colors are balanced and versatile.

Overall,  I really like this palette. IIt isn't overly complex, but it can produce a number of looks and contains both warm and cool tones, making it surprisingly flexible for a range of skin tones, which is not bad for a tiny nine-pan palette and a first-time user like myself. I totally recommend it.
