The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask: Skincare Review

Superior plumping creams do more for the skin than merely keep it hydrated all day. Subsequent treatments work beneath the skin to replace lost collagen in order to produce fairer, plumper skin with fewer creases and wrinkles. The ideal approach is to do a comprehensive product search while focusing on those issues. The better it is for the face, the more of it can absorb into our skin. Another product that claims to provide this increased skin plumping effect is The Body Shop's British Rose Mask.

Ingredients

Aqua, Glycerin, Propanediol, PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-32, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Alcohol Denat., Phenoxyethanol, Carbomer, Rosa Gallica Flower Powder, Parfum, Sodium Hydroxide, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Methylpropanediol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Disodium EDTA, Rose Extract, Benzyl Salicylate, Menthoxypropanediol, Limonene, Citronellol, Geraniol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, CI 14700.

I decided to start using this Body Shop British Rose face mask because I’ve had it in my cupboard for a while. It is a hydrating mask with a gel finish that is made for dry, parched skin that needs to be soothed and hydrated once more. We presume that it is a moisturizing mask. The cover is delivered in a glass container with an earthy tint and a sturdy plastic screw top. However, I only purchased a 15ml amount, and the face mask’s packaging was recyclable and eco-friendly.

The very first thing I noticed after I opened the bottle was the mask’s rose scent. It has a strong fragrance that progressively goes away after use. It has a thick, slightly sticky gel consistency. It has a crimson, earthy color and even has traces of flower petals. It is transparent.

Regarding application, I much prefer using my fingers than a brush. Whatever method you choose, the formula is quite straightforward to use and spreads out effortlessly. I applied the mask as directed and kept it on for around 20 minutes before moving on to other tasks. The manufacturer advises to apply an even coating on a clean face. Even though the mask had dried slightly, the top layer was still extremely gel-like when I rinsed it off with warm water.

This face mask has a cooling and energizing effect on my skin, which I really like because other skincare products, especially ones with strong scents, can irritate and aggravate my skin. My skin feels wonderfully smooth and gentle after using it. It also provides my oily skin with a mild, soothing moisture. It smelled just like freshly cut roses; the aroma was simply beautiful. I don’t actually need to apply a heavy coating; a little layer will suffice. Nothing else, other than making the skin plump, actually satisfies its name. Given the price, which is $6 for 15ml and $18 for a 75ml bottle, it is essentially a rare item on the pricey side.

I strongly recommend that you get this product if your skin hasn’t been functioning its best and you think it’s difficult to keep the skin cool from the sun’s heat.
