Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer: Skincare Review

One of the many things I used to avoid doing because I thought it would make my oily face worse is moisturizing. I first learnt about its significance when I learned about the korean skin care regimen, and I was pretty surprised to realize that one of the reasons why my skin has intermittent irritations is because I don't moisturize it. Therefore, I always use the gentle formulation of moisturizer. Actually, I had intended to purchase the Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer in the past, but I was unable to do so due to the product's price. Thank goodness Sephora had sales on when I got this product.

Using this product has been something I've been anticipating. When I first opened it, the scent was overpowering, but I am not a fan of the contents or the results. The mixture, which is packaged in a translucent pink glass container, has a nasty residue that makes me uncomfortable. The first time I used it, I applied too much, and my face felt a little sticky. Then, at that moment, I saw that it will take more time for it to feel comfortable on the skin. You will notice after a while that it absorbs nicely and doesn't leave a heavy sensation. My face doesn't feel as though I applied any products. It doesn't seem to be aggravating my fragile skin, which is something I have. My skin is oily, which prevents it from making my face smooth or dry.

I find it really irritating because the pump sends the product dripping down the sides rather than into my hands. As a result of its extreme liquidity, this product is not as thick as a typical moisturizer. The consistency is something akin to both an oil and a serum, however it clearly leans more toward the oily side. Due to this, many individuals may decide that it works best when used as a serum-like applying product. It is quite lightweight. I just need one pump for my face, and I use a second one for my neck. Since I often apply it as a serum, I assumed that it would take some time to work. In comparison to what I have seen in the advertisements for other face creams, I don't think it is particularly outstanding. I think the product is overvalued and is really just a marketing stunt.

I'll probably use it all the way through, but I won't buy it again. I won't suggest this product to someone who has higher expectations for it. This is simply my unvarnished view on the product, but keep in mind that everyone has a different type of skin, so it's possible that you will experience success with it. Just always try it first on the back of your wrist to make sure it doesn't irritate you.
